pope is one righteous log flumer...

I was kinda sorta on the fence about the new Pope. Then, today, while looking through the Getty Images pics of how the Pope spends his summer vacation, it hit me: The Pope is one cool dude. He apparently LOVES the log flume ride just like me!! Look at that picture. You know he's thinking, "Just take the picture, man, so I can rip some righteous log flume waves." I didn't even realize they had log flume rides in the Alps. Do you think the Pope's the kind of guy that keeps his hands up or down on the final big drop?? I'm going to go with up. Look at his hand. Maybe he's blessing his personal log so that it goes faster!!! That would be awesome Popetastic.

I have a dirty mind. I thought you were going somewhere entirely different with this picture.

Down, girl.
